9月27水曜、養成講座交流会を行い、生活習慣予防のためのレシピで調理実習。

 主食:ご飯 主菜:野菜たっぷりシュウマイ 副菜:野菜のらくらく煮しめ 汁物:かぼちゃの牛乳みそ汁 デザート:小麦まんじゅう
